| The research content of this paper is project quality management of the project PDM which is researched and developed by Shen Yang Bo Hua Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The emphasis of this paper is the study on quality management in project of developing product, and the design and implementation of project quality management information system for developing product. This paper mainly including key technology of implementing the system, corporate design of the system, detailed analysis and design by UML and the implementation of the system.Firstly, the quality management system is summarized, expatiating the latest quality management theory, studying the quality management system, and proposing the key technologies which are adopted to implement the system. Then the requirement analysis and corporate design are carried through according to the method of information systems design, the architecture model and function modules of the system are confirmed. Detailed analysis and design of the system are carried out by UML. Finally, the system is implemented.The high or low product quality largely determines the future of enterprises, and product quality competition has become one of the most important factors in enterprises' competition. Quality management as a vital component of management has been paid universal attention by government and corporation in the countries and regions around the world. The goal of quality management is ensuring and monitoring the process quality of project, and ultimately ensuring and controlling the quality of products through the implementation of the quality activities. But many enterprises had not achieved the desired purpose in the quality management process of product development, no a scientific project quality control measures and tools is one of the major reasons. The project quality control system studied in this paper can enhance monitoring and management in the product development process and achieve quality control, and it can enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises and provide effective ensure to create profits for enterprises. Therefore it has realistic significance for project quality management of enterprise developing product, furthermore it has high scientific value, practical value, and a broad application prospects. |
