A power demander purchases energy from multi-market in deregulated electric power market, it is very important in economic for demander to deal with the allocation problem to minimize the cost. In this paper, purchase allocation model is established based on risk theory of portfolio. When the real-time market and the day-ahead market have no relationship with each other and they have linear correlation relationship, The allocation problem for power demander purchasing energy in futures contract market, day-ahead market and real-time market is explored in this paper based on the connection of Monte Carlo and Immune genetic algorithm. The solution for market allocation and cost shows that this research can provide decision support for power demander to optimize their purchase strategies by their own risk preference.
