Bidding strategies has always been the emphasis in power market research. Making use of market information and characteristic of a generation enterprise to form an efficient bidding application has profound significance both in theory and practice.This paper put forwards an equivalent generation model to simulate the running of the real regional power market. After the modeling, Monte Carlo stimulation method and intelligent optimal algorithm are introduced to get the results. The final bidding application embodies the profits and risks and sensitive to the differences of expected profits and risk bearable capabilities of various generation enterprises due to the mechanism of risk estimation based on Market Clear Price(MCP) forecasting and Risk Favorite Factor(RFF) in the objective function.Examples used in this method verify the rationality and efficiency of this method, at the same time, the best range of RFF is found through them. Besides, they also demonstrate the validity and superiority of the method in the formation of bidding application.
