The paper analyzes the present situations and developing trend of Weinan and the foreign countries agriculture industrialization, and discusses the relationships between the agriculture industrialization and rural economic development, puts forward the main task and countermeasure of agriculture industrialization in Weinan agricultural region. There are inconsistencies between the minor product and major market, the industrialization upgrading and input insufficiency, the agriculture production and the market need, the high organization need and lower diathesis of fanners. The author lay out some countermeasures to improve the agriculture industrialization, considering the potential predominance of Weinan, which are policy constituting on the present situation of Weinan to improve investment environment, large scale agricultural industrial company indraught, stable material basis construction, inner and outer market exploring, sci&tech contributing rate enhancing, government service ability strengthening, etc.
