Study On The Development Of Individual And Private Economy In Xinjiang

Under the new domestic and international situation as to building all-round well being society and china's entry into WTO as well as globalization trend of world economy ,The author of thesis mainly discusses the problem how to accelerate the development speed of the individual and private economy in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and puts forward some individual view-points trough making Normative and Positive analysis .On the basis of domestic nonpublic economy theory and relevant foreign theory ,The author mainly uses market economy theory, productivity standard theory ,ownership structure theory etc ,to analyzes the relationship between public sector of the economy and nonpublic sector of the economy and demonstrates the certainty and rationality of the existence and development of nonpublic sector of the economy ; Afterwards ,trough making comparative analysis between individual and private economy and state-owned economy on the aspects of efficiency of investment and transaction cost and analyzing the contribution of individual and private economy in economic development of Xinjiang ,makes further demonstration about the importance and necessity of accelerating the development of individual and private economy; Then carries out comparative systematic inspection on the course and present situation of individual and private economy of Xinjiang ,analyzes the influences of government policy and social environment on the development of individual and private economy and to clarify its tendency ;makes horizontal analysis between individual and private economy of our region and other region's to demonstrates the proper position of the individual and private economy of our region and the urgency of developing the individual and private economy in Xinjiang ; On the basis of theses analysis above and fruition of relevant studies ,discusses some main problems in the development of individual and private economy and proposes appropriate countermeasures; Adopts the method of making a concrete analysis of a concrete problem, analyzes special environmental limiting factors in the development of individual and private economy in Xinjiang ;analyzes the opportunities and challenges the individual and private economy countered with and puts forward stream of thoughts and relevant solutions.
