The Discussion On The Transnational Operations Of China's Tourist Industry

With the continuous development of International Service Trade and the gradual opening of China's tourist market, more and more tourist enterprises of the foreign capitals will march into China, snatching our tourist market. Under such circumstance, if the tourist enterprises of our country want to seek the new living space, they must go abroad to practise and strengthen themselves in the international market, for the purpose to study and grasp the international rules, and the advanced management of the overseas enterprises, and thus strengthen their own competition ability.Began in the 1990's, thanks for the constant enlargement of opening to the outside world and sustainable development of economy of our country, the outward and inward tourist markets of our country have demonstrated and kept a good situation of growth. The status of China as great tourism country of Asia has already been established. The transnational operations of tourist industry have been confirmed as the plan to the " entry to WTO " by the government, and have become the inevitable demand to adapt to the development trend of the economic globalization and to the integration of the domestic and international markets.Undeniably, through more than ten years' development, the transnational operations of China's tourist industry have obtained certain achievement and have accumulated some experience. However, in the all, due to brevity of the development time, the transnational operations of our tourist enterprises still have some problems. Naturally, how to solve these problems and promote the transnational development of our tourist industry have become the focus that theindustry pays close attention to at present, and also formed the writing purport of this thesis. From this purport, the argumentation of the thesis will divide into three major parts of preface, text and conclusion. Among them, the preface part will generalize the research background, research approach and research contents of this article, and introduce the current research of the present domestic and international theory about the topic of this article. The text part comprises three parts. The first part is the literature summary of domestic and overseas research on transnational operations of tourist industry, including the related concept, the explanation of the reason of transnational development, and the analysis of the possibility of the transnational development of China' tourist industry. The second part is the analysis of the current situation of transnational development of our tourist industry, including the achievement and the problems. The third part comes up with some countenneasures to the problems that enumerated in the previous part, combining the experience of domestic and overseas transnational development of tourist enterprises, and thus forms the transnational development road of tourist industry of our country. At last, in the conclusion part, some innovative points of this article will be demonstrated on the basis of summarizing the main content of the full article.
