At the begining of 2004, my three friends and me built a company named SAT and producted the actuactors for valves , In the period of those time ,from building plant to sale and leaving at last .I want to share the experience with everybody.I think that the action of everyone is hold by their ideas, so if to creat new venture for someone base on his growing up of mentality. In this paper , I talk about the growing up of mentality at the first.including the change of individual demand,conquering the dread and seeking financing freedom and so on .We analysed the value chains and competition of Chinese valves industry ,then bring forward that a valve- actuactor company should take concentric and backward integration strategies if she hasn'nt enough resource.I think this idea is very worthfull for the Chinese valves industry. And solved the marketing positioning, objective market.we offered the product strategies,price strategies,marketing channel strategies. In order to explain we how to get the competitive advantage.We talk about the product opration of SAT, including plant location,facility location ,product flow, Q/A,Q/C,work measurement,supply management inventory.and introduce some core process just as cylinder manufacturing.We also talk about the financing assessment of creating SAT, include investment, financing,cost, profit and so on. And explain the resource of the capital and how to use it. We are satisfied with the conclusion of the financing assessment.Introducing the SAT's creating plan, from commercial register, purchasing mathine to manufacturing product and sale. and summarizing the management of SAT from June 2004 to January 2005.including sale income and profit.Narrating the risk, regret and plan for the future.hope that usefull for other pople.
