| The tendering system of construction works projects has been practiced over twenty years in our country, mainly comprising two main phases -selecting the successful tenderer relying on the tendering prices of the employer and selecting the successful tenderer relying on the lowest tender price. This two tendering form are unfair and advantage over disadvantage in the tendering works. So this thesis, from the angle of employer tendering management, talking the tendering management course of the project of the comprehensive building in Sichuan Agricultural University as an example, by theory of project management and methods of desion analysis, and by deeply analyzing and researching some typical problems of the tendering course for construction works, raises the methods of selecting the successful tenderer, risk avoid and risk shifting, relying on comprehensive evaluation of tenders of combine tendering price. This research result has important guiding significance for setting up scientific tendering form fitting our country and perfecting our tendering system. |
