A Comprehensive Study On The Ethic Of China's Enterprises In Globalization

As a developing trend of the world economy, globalization has made a profound impact on the whole world, which not only affects the economy itself, but also the culture. The collision between globalization and localization has greatly influenced the ethic culture of local enterprises and their important value carriers. The value contradictions reflected from this collision are mainly showed in the following aspects: the conflicts between universal ethic and cultural diversification, globalization and localization, humankind and enterprises development, international economy and market system, enterprises profit and social responsibility, globalization and the danger of national culture identity. How to deal with these value conflicts not only concerns the value orientation of china's enterprises, but more importantly, is close related with the survival and development of China's enterprises.This paper just begins with the globalization's influence on the ethic culture building of China's enterprises, and makes an access to the enterprise value in the economic development. Just on this basis, this paper explores the change and development of China's enterprises value, then further propose a new direction for the current enterprises of China in economic globalization, which is explained in the following aspects, developing the social responsibility of enterprises value, innovating the managerial value of the enterprises, perfect the value of the staff, absorbing and consulting the SA8000 standard to carry forward our national culture.
