The Ethic Foundation Of Circular Economy

As an effective economic development mode among economic growth, social development and environment protection, Circular Economy promotes substantial development for integration of economic development and resource environment. There are ecological and economic foundations for the production of circular economy which break traditional economic development theory that believes economic conflicts with development. This article researches Circular Economy from the angles of ecological and economic ethic, and takes Circular Economy as a kind of respect to natural value, since it realizes effective utilizes by referencing operation law of ecosystem. As a kind of economic operation mode, system subject needs to reposition under scarcity and efficiency subjects. Its ethic sublimation should be built on dynamic balance between ecological value and economic benefit. This article researches the ethic foundation of circular economy in five aspects:In the first part, circular economy research status at home and abroad, the subject selection reason and significance and the main research methods and innovation points are discussed.In the second part, circular economy connotations and basic features, the ethical view and its progresses of circular economy are discussed. They are the premise and basis of this paper.In the third part, ecological ethic foundation of circular economy is discussed. Circular economy is a kind of ecological economy essentially, therefore, it is quite logical to start researching from the beginning of ecological basis. First, reflecting the relation between human and nature by ecology crisis, then further discussing ecological basis of circular economy, industry ecology thought and the relation of ecological basis and circular economy thought. Circular economy technology innovation must follow ecological according to these studies is the conclusion.In the fourth part, economic ethic foundation of circular economy is discussed. Economic operation mechanism is organized ethically from macroscopic view. Scarcity and efficiency are two main economics subjects under circular economy condition. Role orientations and transformation among government, corporation and consumers under circular economy background is discussed from microscopic view. Government regulation, environment management and green consumption accord with operation law of circular economy from economic ethics.In the last part, based on the above discussion, the relation of ecology and economy value is in-depth researched, which means how to realize dynamic balance between ecological value and economic benefit under the condition of ecological civilization and market economy. Eco-technology innovation and internalization of environmental cost are mainly discussed.
