| The income distribution problem is an important theoretical and realistic problem in process of well-to-do society construction, and the study on this problem has become a focus of the theories field. The Communist Party of China has been carried on unremitting explorations on the Chinese characteristics distribution system of socialism during the process of leading the Chinese people to build socialism. Since the foundation of the state, the income distribution system has been changed several times and then established "the distribution principle according to the contributions of the factors ,such as work, capital, technology and management,ect perfects the subject distribution system according to work and coexists for many orther kinds of methods of distribution", which putting forward by the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China , and have formed the gradual progress route of the allocation system with Chinese characteristics. This article has analysed the institution terms of the equalitarianism from all respects,such as politics , economy, culture ect which produced and prevailed after reviewing and summaring the gradual progress path of the income distribution system in an all-round way.On this basis, draw lessons from and use the western new system economics about the path-dependence theory, pointing out that the changes of our income system and further gradual progress have been strongly influenced by the path-dependence, successively brought about equalitarianism and efficiency-priority distribution path-dependence, even fallen into the state of "path-locked", it has become the serious obstacles of our allocation system changes. So must jump out of the path-dependence and completely innovative our income distribution system. Finally, the article puts forward the new idea of the income distribution system reform of our country according to it,aiming at impelling the allocation system reform to move towards the track of benight development. |
