An Ethical Thought About Nowadays System Of Income Distribution In Enterprises In Our Country

Our country is entering a period of building a Harmonious Socialism Society now. However, there are still unharmonious phenomena of income distribution in enterprises in our country. Immoral phenomena such as too big gap of income and equalitarianism and other unbalance between contribution with income is not only harming the development of enterprises themselves but also will threaten the steady development of the whole society. Three main causes that resulted in those immoral phenomena are the distorted income distribution relation that caused by unequal right among subjects and the irrational procedure for distribution and the improper goal that set for income distribution in enterprises.What is the rational and moral income distribution system in enterprises then? After analyzing and comparing other distribution systems and relative theories of distribution, guided by Historical Materialism of Marxism this article set forth its own moral standards for income distribution in enterprises. These standards are distribution according to contribution and justice and humanity. Distribution according to contribution is the lowest moral standards and the most basic principle on which justice and humanity could be constructed. Though justice by which the regulation in enterprises could be guaranteed is higher moral standard and covers more area than distribution according to contribution. Humanity whose goal is to make people more perfect is the highest moral standard. These moral standards don't exist in isolation but act as an organic whole. This is because the actual income distributions in enterprises involve many kinds of interests and one isolated moral standard can't meet the demands of practice. So this article set forth a distribution model which based on distribution according to contribution andsupplemented by justice and guided by humanity. From the basic standpoint and view of Marxism this article proved that this model is suitable.In order to implement the model, this thesis set forth some measurements from various aspects such as property right and contribution measuring and laboring and checking and construction of the salary system. After analyzing and proving the theoretical basis and the significance and the relation between each other, this article pointed out that these measurements are an organic system. Immoral phenomena could be avoided and the steady development of enterprises and a harmonious society could be ensured only when the measurements are taken unified.
