The Financial Analysis Of Belly-up Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises

The small-and-medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the national economy according to the economy development of many countries. They not only create a number of job vacancies but also stimulate science and technology innovation. With the advances of constructing socialism market economy system with Chinese characteristic, our small-and-medium-sized enterprises will have a brighter future. However, many small-and-medium-sized enterprises are still in hard operations management and some even fall into bankruptcy, which are caused by four reasons: an unsatisfying operating environment, bad management, blind investment and lack of maturity internal control system. So the research about this issue has significant theoretical and practical meaning to push China economy development and activate economy research at this economy transition period.In the light of the situation, this article refer to some successful experience of small-and -medium-sized enterprises abroad and research deeply on the reasons which result in belly-up operations management of small-and-medium-sized enterprises in the point of financial management combined with domestic environment. And this article recommends a series of solutions as well. This article is composed of five chapters:The first chapter discusses the definition and criterion of small-and-medium-sized enterprises. At the meanwhile, it describes their role and position in the modern economy.The second chapter mainly analyzes the development situation of small-and-medium-sized enterprises abroad and domestic. And it is also centering on the existing problems appeared in the development process of domestic small-and-medium-sized enterprises.The third chapter probes into the relationship between belly-up small-and-medium-sized enterprises and financial management deeply in theory. And at the same time, it analyzes the financial reasons that result in failure of Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises operation as a theory basis and frame for the following case analysis as well as solutions and suggestions.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes and discusses the bankruptcy reasons of NSC company using the relative theories mentioned by the third chapter.The last chapter gives some financial suggestions and solutions aim to prevent the small-and-medium-sized enterprises from bankrupting, based on the theory research and case analysis above.
