The financial crisis of2008has a big impact on Chinese small and medium-sizedimport and export trade enterprises. In this background, this article choose Chengdu ZTcompany as the research object, using the research method and interview method tocollect a large number of data, using PEST, porter five competitive model, the SWOTstrategy to analyze the opportunity and challenge, advantage and disadvantage of analysis,and to put forward the strategy for companies in different stages of development.Through this paper, we come to the following conclusions: firstly, in order to stayout of the woods, ZT company selects defensive strategy (WT strategy); and thenimplementing the strategy of reverse (WO strategy), making use of external opportunity,relying on the national strategic planning and policy support, accessing to financialsupport, taking the initiative to upgrade and strengthen to maintain and expand the market,perfecting the internal control management, ZT company realizes the transformation andupgrading; finally, after completion of industrial upgrading and the strategictransformation, ZT company adopt both growth strategy (SO strategy) and the diversifiedbusiness strategy (ST strategy), make good use of opportunities and play their ownadvantages, realize rapid development, and finally realize collectivization anddiversification development strategy. |
