With the more and more anti-dumping charges and various kinds of repelling to the Chinese products from countries all over the world, the author of this article feel sadly that the Chinese goods have not gained not only the deserved profit but also good reputation while occupying great market share of countries all over the world. The "Made in China" has become the name of inferior, cheap and illegal. We haven' t make good use of the heaviest comparative advantage of cheap labor to promote Chinese living quality, in addition, we have not made ordinary Chinese workers get the deserved material benefit after giving high intensity work.Through the reform and opening-up of more than 20 years, the rank of China in world trade has jumped from the 32nd to the third. Meanwhile, the anti-dumping accusations that China has suffered are rising year after year and China has become the nation facing the most anti-dumping charges for 9 years. Nowadays, there is at least one anti-dumping case against Chinese goods in every 6 or 7 anti-dumping cases in the world. Facing such current situation, someone thinks that it is the abuse of " Protect Measures " from importing country and the behavior of trade protection and trade discrimination; Someone thinks any country will become the target of anti-dumping in case of increasing in economic development and export, so that the Chinese products'accused of dumping is unavoidable; some scholars prove that China has become market economy country from many aspects, therefore they feel angry that China can' t get the market economic status. The Author of this article thinks these are not the basic reasons of why Chinese goods suffer anti-dumping investigation so widely in spite of above-mentioned existing factors. If we still emphasize the discriminatory issue of foreign anti-dumping laws and economic hegemonism while refusing to think about our own political and economic factors, the international market environment that the Chinese products face will be more severe.The author has firstly made the brief introduction of the historical development of dumping and anti-dumping and the relevant regulations of WTO and such countries as America and Europe, etc.Later, the author summarized the characteristics of the Chinese products in suffering anti-dumping accusation, then point out the main force of implementing the anti-dumping investigation to China are still the developed country, especially the European Union, however, the developing country's proportion is improving constantly. The accused products are mainly concentrated on competitive products which China export, and the range is expanding constantly. Moreover, the anti-dumping range judged finally and anti-dumping measures taken are higher than the average level in the world.According to the author, there are the following points caused this current situation:The current financial system makes every local government absorb investment blindly and repeatedly; as a result of lacking the effective organizing of the government and employer's association, the exporters compete seriously to obtain the order; service trade which contain high technology and culture takes little proportion in export trade, while the low-added value goods take too high proportion in goods trade; most products lack cultural glamour; abominable working environment which violates labor law and enormous illegal pollution make China pay great cost in such fields as ecology, human rights, morals, etc.. The above-mentioned respects make the Chinese products have low cost with which other countries can' t match, which is also the basic reason of China's suffering anti-dumping of various countries. Non-market economy status treatment, imperfect enterprise financial system and disordered export market are also the reasons of why Chinese products are accused of dumping and imposed high anti-dumping tax.According to the above reasons, in order to realize the sustainable development of economy and trade, the basic way to rebuild Chinese products reputation, avoid and reduce anti-dumping sanction of importer to Chinese products is to endue the products of " made in China " with cultural intension, to strengthen the function of the foreign trade intermediary, to set up the financial system in line with international standards, and to implement " Convention of Citizen' s Political Right " and other international conventions and international standards conscientiously.
