The ethnic Zhuang people, a singing ethnic group ,have been loving and enjoying folk songs. The folk song has an important status in the life of Zhuang area folk and generally happy to sing, enjoy singing , good at singing folk song form Zhuang's unique folk singing culture. Tianyang county of Baise of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is an area where the Zhuang's singing culture is comparatively developed and the implication of the singing culture is profound. There are the folk songs with characteristics of three ethnic nationalities of Zhuang, Han and Yao, Zhuang people's folk makes up the major section. There are three kinds of Tianyang's folk songs of Zhuang: Tianzhou folk song, Gumei folk song and Debao folk song. The folk songs of three ethnic nationalities all reflect respective national culture characteristic. Singing county-fair, a festival get-together and singing activity form that is held in the specific time, and is one of large scale traditional folk cultural recrecational activities of Zhuang people. Tianyang has eleven folk song fairs, of which Ganzhuangshan is typical.Ganzhuangshan which originates form the sacrificing activity for homage to the first human ancestor Buluotuo , used to entertain man and gods as well ,preserves the ancient style and features. The change orbit from the traditional singing county-fair to modern by comparing their content. One of most important reasons why various kinds of singing county fairs exit ubiquitous lies in that folk song is an important communication means for Zhuang people's life. The experience that folk song master and singer learn instruct singing inheritance mode. The inheritance motive force of the traditional social folk song has reflected the rewards and punishments theory in society: the obeying to cultural form is realized by reward and punishment which is to be an approach to control and forms the culture compelling force. It is the important factor which culture compelling force change with the change of society and times make the folk songs hard to inherited. The modern transition and expounding & propagating of folk singing culture mainly consist in the three aspects: folk song is used as the official instrument of propagation; singing country-fair is developed for the purpose of tourism; and folk song enter the field of culture consumption and become culture consumer goods. The folk song enters the official propagating System dose not show if it is utilized , but reflects the interaction ,adaptation and recognition between the state and the folk culture .Tourism development lead to great change , it develop a discussion about protection and development of minority's culture. Under the underground of consumption era , and during the course of folk song becoming culture consumer goods , the cultural subject demonstrates the culture self-conscientiousness, initiative of positive participation and adaptability to the social development, making the folk song present the vigorous vitality in the consumer market. On the other hand, under the scientific and technological era, whether the existence of tool reason and culture duplicate and industrialization of nationality cultural will clear up the personality, characteristics and implication of minority's culture is to be continue be explored.
