Market supervision is one of the important themes for the contemporary government. It is necessary to make a research on whether freedom of government information is an effective governance tool and a vital way to the market supervision. In fact, both information disclosure and market supervision are focuses of researchers in our country. But for the research on information disclosure of market supervision, little achievements are made at present. As for freedom of government information, researchers have studies topics such as the origin and the development of it, as well as its role in safeguarding citizen's right and constraining administrative power, but have paid little attention to regarding information disclosure as an effective governance tool; As for the market supervision, researchers have made suggestions on systems innovation, perfect of regulations, organs reconstruction from the angle of economics, laws and management, but have paid no enough attention to the manners of supervision, especially no attention is paid from the angle of information disclosure. The theme of this dissertation is to analyze the role of information disclosure during the course of market supervision, as well as its contradictions, contents and modes, and to make strategic and realistic references to the decision-making departments. The innovative aspects of the dissertation is: Firstly, make research on market supervision from the special angle of information disclosure, and analyze the shortcomings of the supervisory modes; Secondly, demonstrate the ideas that information disclosure is an effective lever for market supervision; Lastly, put forward a basic framework for establishing and perfecting the mechanism of market information disclosure.
