It is the co-operate project between Lanlian instrument and Siemens which manufacture the smart pressure transmitter with the core parts provided by Siemens.Except imported equipment and parts, the project also includes Chinese equipment and related parts. How to combine the foreign technique and Chinese technique together effectively to produce high quality LAN smart pressure transmitter is the main working content of the project. The thesis study the quality control of the manufacture process of the LAN smart pressure transmitter and studies the quality factors for producing LAN smart pressure transmitter, finding the major factors which affect producing LAN smart pressure transmitter, combining the quality control's corresponding theory, with operator's diathesis in processing, and outsourcing parts'quality, and machining parts'quality, and working procedure quality of product processing, etc, put forward corresponding quality control's scheme of working procedure, thus solve the quality problem of processing, and establish corresponding management working procedure and system, and avoid the happening of quality fault.
