Recent years, our government has done a serial action to adjust the industryinvestment. The big new project for Power, Metal and primary industry was reducedobviously. At the same time, the markets in western countries are not recovered yet. Forthis reason, nearly, all of the big international groups on pressure transmitter industry arefocus their recourse in China and expecting a brilliant turn over which decorate theirFinancial Statement. EU Group is in the same situation. She is looking forward to themarket share growing faster than other company in the market. The purpose of this paper isto establish a marketing strategy which can support EU China making a market share of10%in2020.First section of this paper is detail analyze on the market status, industry structure,industry development. The second sections, with the help of strategic and marketinganalyze theory and tools developed the marketing strategies.The last part, based on4P theory and value chain, the marketing strategies wasdivided into several marketing action points. The glittery part of this paper is the internetage Mar-com new requirement combined with traditional strategic actions.
