Agriculture of China is changing from conventional to modern, and the form, spread and management of agricultural high tech is an important factor of achieving this change. Industry of agricultural high-tech enterprises is becoming a new impetus of modern agriculture step by step. The establishment and development of agricultural high tech enterprises has become an important part of agriculture in our country. To achieve these enterprises'healthy evolution agricultural high-tech enterprises must live through their growing period successfully. So the decision in this period becomes especially important. Game theory is one of the most effective methods to solve decision problem. If game models for decision in the growing period of agricultural high-tech enterprises can be established, enterprises may attain effective guidance. Enterprises will benefit from the model and they will effectively sustain agriculture reform for our country. We study decision especially strategic and conventional decision in the growing period of agricultural high-tech enterprises by using game theory. There are four outcomes were educed: 1. Define a concept about Rate of Satisfying Payoff. Rate of satisfying payoff (RSP) was defined to solve the problem of rationality hypothesis in Game Theory. Explaining rationality is more reasonable because RSP is a coalescent of subjective utility and objective payoff. Furthermore, RSP is a quantitative percent between [-1,1] without dimension, so it is easy to calculate and combine in application. RSP provides a new method of establishing payoff function for Game Theory. 2. Multiobjective Game model was established to solve the decision problem in the growing period of agricultural high-tech enterprises. Multiobjective Game model was established by studying strategic decision, and it was solved by using AHP and RSP. The establishment and solution of the model makes Game Theory develop from single-object to multiobject, extends the application range of Game Theory, and makes it accords with the fact. 3. Minority game model was solved by least square method and applied to routine decision in the growing period of agricultural high-tech enterprises. It was found that minority game model is appropriate to solve routine decision by studying the routine decision in the growing period of agricultural high tech enterprises. Solution of minority game model by least square method was established. The method is better than others, because less data is needed, decision function can be modified and application is easier. 4 Cooperation strategy for minority game model is established to apply to the solution of routine decision in the growing period of agricultural high-tech enterprises. It is difficult to make every player profit in the non-cooperated minority game. To solve the problem cooperation strategy for minority game was established by applying least square method. Cooperation strategy and general NE was compared by simulating on the computer. It is found that its income and rise are steady if every player use cooperation strategy. So every player profits becomes possible.
