The market economy have come through a period of product-oriented, a period of sale-oriented and now come into a period of consumer-oriented。 In such a period, "the consumer is god" is accepted by almost all the enterpriseso Among all the factors influencing the consumer behavior, the consumer demand as a internal driving power of consumer behavior is an crucial factor。 Therefore, a study on consumer behavior is really important for the enterprises。This thesis focuses on the consumer demand and its application in marketing and marketing communication, based on the theory of consumer demand, combining closely the marketing practice。At the beginning, this thesis discussed the background of the consumer era, and clarified the meaning of the study。 The principal part cut-in from three aspects including the consumers' potential demand, the consumers' preponderant demand and the consumers' upper demand, exploring the application of these three demands and put forward the methods and the strategies of how to apply consumers' demand。...
