In the new economy era,new retail is the future of the garment industry.Under the background of business ecosystem and commercial pattern's rapid change,garment industry is faced with a new transition opportunity.Back to the essence of business,business reflects the establishment of a relationship between supply and demand.How to understand the demanding accurately,posit the brand and design good,to prevent the "adhesive" aging between brand and target consumer is a problem that traditional garment industry need to think,explore and practice.Under such background,this paper focus on the the relationship establishment between brand and consumer,and discuss build relationship between typed consumer's demanding and goods among costumer buying behavior.Thus strengthening and realizing the relationship between consumer and brand's needs and identities.Through analysis,this kind of demand relationship is called as "viscosity" of the demand in this article.This paper regards the "viscosity" as an establishment of a kind of relationship,it is also refers to relationship's level and features.This paper through understanding the "viscosity" and it's convertible feature,use it to express the the connection degree between "goods" and "consumer" in process of garment business.With the analysis of garment consumers' features and establishing "viscosity relationship" under the background of consumption upgrade.From a macro point of view,this paper summarizes corresponding actual operations to establish "viscosity relationship" and refine a model to establish "viscosity relationship" for commodity combination.Then,this paper quotes four methods,combination,conformation,consistency and extensive combination of the "Theory of combination".Theory combined with practice,with the use of actual cases,this paper explains how to use specific method to establish "viscosity relationship" through commodity combination.Finally,through the project design practice,this paper establishing "viscosity" relationship between typed customers demanding and goods under the "Y" brand,and putting forward commodity optimization strategy under the relationship of "viscosity".
