Demonstrative Analysis About Relation Between Corporate Governance And Operation Performance

Corporate governance is the core of modern corporate institution and the key factor of perfecting the corporation' s operation performance. In China, the issues about corporate governance of listed corporations need to be figured out and consummated urgently, and are paid much attention academically and practically. By summarizing the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars about relation between governance and performance, the author applies the professional statistic method on Sichuan listed corporations and analyzes the correlativity between governance factors and performance index. Based on the conclusion draw from the analysis, the author put forward some advices to perfecting the governance of Sichuan listed corporation to improve their operation performance and sharpen their competitive edge.
