The corporate governance structure belongs to the enterprise system stratification plane, and the research in this question has aroused the widespread interest regarding in the whole world. The commercial bank as one kind of special company, has the common universality, and also has its particularity. In the 1990s intermediate stages, the financial crisis initiated the people to carefully examine the financial organ and the financial system upsurge from the angle of the corporate governance, and directly facilitated the financial organ to start the corporate governance. The fifth and sixth part respectively is the statistical analysis and the multiple regression analysis. The seventh part is the conclusion.This article innovation mainly lies in: First, through the international sample, manages the possible influence of ownership structure to the management achievements using the real diagnosis method, and provides the experimental evidence for this domain. Next, in the commercial bank particular foundation, with the theory achievement about corporate governance, initially discussed the possible influence of the ownership structure to the achievements. Third, this article utilizes the comparative analysis method, uses the commercial bank sample in the global scope, to comparatively analyze the ownership structure, legal environment and so on, in order to discover the possible characteristic of the ownership structure to affect the bank management achievements in the different situation. But as a result of the difficulty to gain data, this article uses the data in 2005 to carry on the cross section analysis, so the obtained experience conclusion waits for the bigger sample examination.
