The Utility Analysis Of Positive Financial Policy Of My Country

The intention of this thesis is to analyse the financial policy of my country,toprovide theoretic basis for evaluating of my country's finacial policy.According to keynes'theoretics about national income deciding,estimates the IS— LM economy model, the investment function,consume function and interest rae function of my country and figures out long multipliers and short multipliers. From the results,we find out that the extrusion effect is not evidence. From inside structure of multipliers, we find out that the function of governmental purchase payout is counteracted by tax.There absents cooperation between governmental purchase payout, tax and transfer. The long effect is more available than short effect. Positive financial policy should have been adjusted after it has been put into practice for a few years...
