To implement the 'Go-Out' policy and run enterprises in other countries, is a great action for our country to open to the outside world at the new stage. This requires us to promote the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises with comparative advantages, foster a number of strong transnational enterprises and international known brand, improve enterprise's internationalized management ability of our country in an all-round way.For the enterprise's foreign direct investment, the choice of FDI entry modes is very essential. Therefore this text does an analysis on enterprises' FDI entry mode choices. The article, firstly, carries on review about FDI entry mode theories and takes the whole rational theory of resources as this article's theory foundation, then analyses about the international enterprise's foreign direct investment entry modes and summarizes the enlightenment meanings to Chinese enterprises' FDI entry mode choices. Secondly the article analyses the real examples of the enterprises' FDI entry modes of our country, and analyses the foundation theory of Chinese enterprise's foreign direct investment and investment subjects. Thirdly, the article provides the general strategic choices of FDI entry modes for Chinese enterprises on above basis; slightly later, the article points out that different kinds of enterprises need different concrete decision strategy according to the theory of adaptability in tactics, and sets up small and medium enterprises' FDI entry mode decision model to offer reference for enterprises, finally, the article makes a concrete analysis about the global enterprises' strategic entry modes and the time of FDI entry modes' entry.
