Discussion And Development Of Planning Management System For Textile Enterprises

With the development of our society and the rapid progress of customers' consumption level, the textile industry is facing the following problems; shorter producing period, smaller batch amount more product styles, and so on . More and more textile enterprises have realized that to enhance the competition abilities of the enterprises they must promote the level of management.This dissertation, based on the deep investigation and study on textile enterprise, develops the planning management system suited for textile enterprises. The system is based on modern management theories.This dissertation mainly includes the following points:1. Studies the planning of textile enterprises, including delivery date checking, task scheduling , material requirement planning. Two ideas, converted throughput and converted contract product amount, are introduced in this dissertation. Develops the web-based planning management system, which has three modules: delivery date checking, task scheduling and materical requirement planning.2. Discusses the model of virtuad organization and agile supply chain and the necessity of establishing virtual organizations for textile industry. And this dissertation also studies delivery date checking, association selection and task assignment, material requirement planning in textile and garment virtual organizations. And the planning management system for virtual organizations is developed.
