PS Garment Co.,Ltd.is a small garment manufacturer specializing in the production of school uniforms.Since market changes and policy changes in recent years,multi-batch,multi-style and small orders MTO became more and more mixed into MTS productions.In recent years,a Make to Stock(MTS)and Make to Order(MTO)production mode of hybrid production.Although many scholars have studied the production planning and scheduling of multi-batch,multi-style and small order,there are not many researches on the MTS-MTO mixed production mode in the garment and textile industry.Based on the analysis of the business model and order demand of PS Garment Company Limited,combined with the current production planning and scheduling mode of PS Garment Company Limited,this paper finds that there are inadequate planning and scheduling flexibility and resource wave in the production process when coping with small orders,multi-batch,multi-style orders and inventory orders.Fees,unstable production efficiency,out-of-control task supervision,frequent delays in orders lead to reduced customer satisfaction and so on.In view of this phenomenon,this paper collects the production capacity report of the sewing workshop of PS Garment Co.,Ltd.,the basic data of the production standard man-hour,the order demand data and so on.Taking the production task of a certain week as the research object,this paper establishes the mathematical model to optimize the sewing line allocation for the priority task and the secondary priority task.Linear programming.The optimal allocation scheme provides a basis for solving the key problems such as waste of resources in production workshop,unstable production efficiency,and uncontrollable delivery time.The data model has a very important reference significance for the production planning and scheduling of small and medium-sized garments in the mixed production of inventory production system and order-based production system.At the same time,this paper also analyzes and puts forward suggestions on how to effectively execute the task allocation plan.
