Property right is a bundle of rights of something in the special period. These rights include right to use, interest right and right of transfer. Plenty of property rights and its sub-rights can be separated and belong to the different owners. The different property rights subjects will exchange their rights for beneficial purpose. Though owning and exchanging property rights live without the efficient protection of the government, the government with selfish preference can't protect the property rights for free. This kind of government easily leads to the deformity of the property rights and paradox of property right forward. The key-point to the solution of the paradox of the farmland property right is to nurture the property right agent of the farmland asset specificity, the power of the farmers. Additionally, the dividable and transactional nature of property right and its sub-rights constitute various contract forms. The deformity of the farmland property right determines the option of the farmland contract. On the different arrangement of the farmland contract, the farmers with ration will choose different action in terms of optimal utility principle, and leads to different efficiency. The different behaviors of the XiangZhong River village's farmers in the collective production system and the family contract responsibility system testify the above proposition.
