The Research Of Problems And Countermeasures For Foreign Economical Aid Offered By Our Country

The foreign economical aid offered by our country made great achievements in last 50 years, and appear some problems In the same time. Going with the globalization of economy, the economy of our country increasingly melt in the international community since opening and innovation, and the means and policy of the foreign economical aid offered by our country adjusted accordingly. This paper introduces concerned foreign theories of economical aid in the first chapter, such as the opinions in the famous literature "aid and political conditions". He believe the economical conditions concerned with aid should include reform of economical system and marketization, and the political conditions include democracy, human rights and legal system(government management). In the second chapter, it introduces the concerned circs of the foreign economical aid offered by our country and existing problems including absence of full theory system, standardization and ruse in practice. In the third chapter, it put forward the strategical goal system of foreingn economic aid offered by our contry, which include political strategem, economical strategem and diplomatic strategem. In the fourth chapter, it put forward some opinion and advice in practice to the problems in the foreign economical aid offered byour country. In the fifth chapter, it banlance and analyse the present economical aid offered by our country to Vietnam, Pakistan and Yemen.This paper tried to resolve concerned problems existing in the foreign economical aid offered by our country by the way of strategic and investing theory. It introduced a lot of domestic and foreign statistical dates and documents, enumerated some cases, and used foreign theories for economic aid for reference to probe into the ways of the foreign economical aid offered by our country in the new situation.
