A Research On Problem Bank Regulation

This paper focuses on policy mechanism of Problem Bank Regulation. Problem Bank Regulation is one of the most important part of Banking Regulation but the research on this field is weak in our country. There are still many problems on the Identification and Disposal of Problem Bank Regulation in China.It is still a long way for us to keep up with the international level.Therefore,it is urgent to strenghthen the research on this field. It will help to improve the efficiency of banking regulation and maintain stability of the banking industry. The purpose of this paper is to provide a helpful reference for the Banking Regulation of our country.This paper absorbs the basic theories of Economics, such as the classical Economics,Institutional Economics and Information Economics etc. to make research of the mechanism of the identifiaction and disposal of Problem Bank on the basis of the foreign and native theories and practices. In this paper, the system of Problem Bank Regulation Theory is induced, the practices of Problem Bank Regulation are summarized and some useful suggestions are made for the Problem Bank Regulation of China in the future. The conclusion is made that China has not yet established an effective system of Problem Bank Regulation. In the past,the identification and disposal of Problem Bank are usually case by case. The uncertainty influenced the efficiency of our country's Banking Regulation greatly. We need to rebuild a Probelem Bank regulation system which is Problem-Oriented. Of course,to establish a perfect mechanism of Problem Bank Regulation is not a piece of cake. More reseaches are needed to made, such as the improvement of Supervision Ranking and Risk Alerting System.
