Research And Implement On The Digital Rebuilding And The Performance Improving Of The Equipments In Manufacturing Enterprises

It is universal in our country manufacturing at present that the equipment capability is fall behind other countries. The technology of manufacturing equipment is fall behind developed countries for 10 to 15 years. The technology of manufacturing and automatization is lag behind developed countries for 15 to 20 years. In order to improve the level of the equipment, a lot of money has been used to import equipments at the end of the last century. However, besides the electronics correspondence equipments manufacturing industry and the transportation equipments manufacturing industry, the disadvantage of the manufacturing equipment, such as out-of-date constitution, badly aging, low efficiency, superfluous low-level equipment and insufficient high-level equipment are still exist. There are two ways to solve this problem radically. One is to develop and produce more new manufacturing equipment; the other is to digital rebuild the existing manufacturing equipment. Digital rebuilding has advantages of low cost, short cycle, rapid returns and is fit for the situation of our country, so that the study in this paper has great theory significance and important practicality value. In this paper, technologies of equipment digital improving and equipment digital integration improving have been studied. The theory of the equipment digital rebuilds and integrates, the project of construction and related measures are analyzed in detail in order to make the digital improving technology operable and exert great effect. First, the recent status of our country manufacturing equipment is introduced and then the necessity and the urgency of the improving digital equipment capability are analyzed. Second, the technology of equipment digital improving is researched, especially the procedures, details and problems in equipment digital improving. Third, the digital integration technology of equipment is studied. On the base of analyzing the present equipment integration mode in the DNC workshop, the integration technology of workshop equipments is presented. The information terminal and its integration theory are described in detail, the terminal based on RS232 and the communications technology of CNC are studied. Last, the procedures and the great benefits of the improving digital equipment have been thrown out in tow projects-the improving digital equipment of Chongqing city and the equipment rebuilding of the Chongqing water turbines factory.
