Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Capability Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under The Background Of Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization

The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the manufacturing industry,the important pillar industry of the national economy,and the promotion of its technological innovation ability is one of the important contents of the modernization construction.After many years of construction and development,China has become a manufacturing country.However,the big and weak equipment manufacturing industry,relatively weak technological innovation capability,and low information level are important issues affecting the strong power of built manufacturing industry.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the integration of industrialization and information technology(referred to as "integration of two technologies")is the requirement of the economic development."China made 2025" and other policy documents on the development of equipment manufacturing industry has made specific deployment.In the past,the research on the capability of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry is often focused on the equipment manufacturing industry itself,and the literature on the technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry considering the background of the integration of industrialization and information technology is still rare.This paper tries to combine the technology innovation capability evaluation of the equipment manufacturing industry by combining the integration of industrialization and information technology with the technical innovative ability of the equipment manufacturing,and puts forward the effective countermeasure and suggestion to upgrade the technological innovation ability and level of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country.According to the literature on the evaluation of technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry,combined with previous studies,describes the influence factors of industry technological innovation ability and constructs the index system for evaluating the technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry under the background of the integration of industrialization and information technology.Collecting the relevant statistic data from 2009 to 2016,using factor analysis method,take 2012 years as the node in two stages to carry on the comparison analysis of the index,according to the comprehensive score sort situation carries on the whole analysis.By analyzing the data and combining with the reality,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation ability of the equipment manufacturing industry in China.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: firstly,the index system of technological innovation capability evaluation of equipment manufacturing industry is constructed.Secondly,through the analysis and comparison of the importance of indicators in the 2009-2012 and 2013-2016,the main factors influencing the technological innovation ability in the previous stage are the input ability of technological innovation resources,the guarantee ability of technological innovation and the ability of technological innovation output,The main factors influencing the ability of technological innovation in the latter stage are the ability of technological innovation to absorb,the ability of technology innovation environmental protection and the integration of technological innovation resources.In 2010-2013,the technological innovation ability of China's equipment manufacturing industry is relatively below average,and the ability of technological innovation has improved steadily since 2013,but the growth rate is still relatively slow.Lastly,with the analysis and research,the author puts forward that the country should further enhance the technological innovation ability of our country's equipment manufacturing industry from the aspects of Innovation resource input,collaborative innovation ability,intellectual property protection,innovation driving ability and informatization advancement.
