More and more national assurance company has license to share business with domestic insurers. As a result, the current competition mode can't fit for circumstance around any more; all insurers have no other choice only to put their eyes on CRM.The thesis analyzes the status of American International Assurance (AIA) Shenzhen Branch and take AIA as a study target, aiming at building CRM correspondingly consummate system, applying to update theory and method, Base on the study, the target of CRM in AIA Shenzhen Branch is set and CRM system is improved and integrated effectively, new solution and workflow in AIA Shenzhen Branch is brought forward. That is, taking the realization of CRM function mode as a clue, a set of practical and special CRM system to AIA Shenzhen Branch is established through the comparison of the theory and reality, finding the weakness and points could enhance the problem solvent and update of CRM. Meanwhile, the solution to the possible problem, which probably encounter in the process of CRM is raised, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of CRM.The thesis hopefully provides guidance to CRM construction in AIA Shenzhen Branch and a reference to other companies. |
