The credit guarantee profession is professional and risky. And moreover, The function of capital magnification of the credit guarantee enterprise adds the risk. SMEs are small and their credit is low. This lead to the higher risk for the credit guarantee enterprise for SMEs. Under the condition of the market economy, the high risk of the credit guarantee enterprise restrict its function for SMEs' gathering capital. How to low the SMECG's risk, make full of use its function for SMEs' gathering capital is this paper's essence.This paper is to talk about the risk of SMECG . In chapter two,we fist introduce the basic function of SMECG We think the credit guarantee is a system which makes use of the resource itself, resolve the unsymmetry of information. In chapter three, we concretely discuss the character, classification, origin of SMECG's risk. On the base of discussion above, we apply information economy and game theory to discuss the clause of the SMECG's risk. And point out that during the credit guarantee, the SMECG face the normal risk and adverse choice. In this chapter, we lay stress on the clause of the risk of credit guarantee, we think the main clause is the high management risk and the low credit level of the SMEs. In chapter four, we concretely discuss the character, market demand, goal and principle of SMECG's risk management. We discuss how to control and guard against the credit risk in china. In chapter five, we design a model on SMECG's risk management, we use vague math and the method of export investigation to make the credit risk quantifiable in order to provide a method for the SMECG enterprise to control the credit guarantee risk.
