The Research On The Conversion Of The Resource-based Cities In China In The Light Of Scientific Development Ideas

As a worldwide task, natural resources cities' conversion has arisen each country's attention. China is rich in natural resources, which is the foundation of social development, with 400 typical such cities. Therefore, the task is the center of economic development for a long time. Scientific development ideas provides powerful thought for natural resources cities' conversion while, the difficulties of natural resources cities' conversion provides realistic base for scientific development ideas. They have coherence inside them. This research may offer some advises for natural resources cities' conversion.Economic conversion is meaningful for the development of each country, especially for natural resources cities. It' s not only because of its resource, but also the balance need for natural economy and local development. This dissertation discusses about the relationship between scientific development ideas and natural resources cities' conversion, using analyses, taking Zaozhuang as an example. Finally, there are four suggestions for the conversion. First, it should be under lead of scientific development ideas. New concept of resources should be set up and reinforced. Second, new advantages of local resources should be made, and industrial construction should be changed rapidly. Third, more domestic and foreign markets should be made and market economy system should be changed rapidly too. Fourth, government' s should also be strengthened.
