Research On The Construction Of Smart City In Zaozhuang City

Smart City is an idea of urban development based on information technology such as networking,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,virtual reality,aimming for Urban management smarter,public services more efficient,social governance more accurate,industrial development more healthy.Since the idea was proposed,many cities have carried out practice at home and abroad,Greatly improved the level of urban development.Zaozhuang city started smart city construction in 2015,as one of the most important decisions on city transformation,after nearly two years of effort,laid a solid foundation,made breakthrough progress in a number of areas,but,after all,was only in its infancy stage,,smart City construction achievements actually in need of more improvement.Therefor,Studying theories and programmes of smart city construction in Zaozhuang city has great meaning for ensuring the smart city concept,enhancing the level of development of Zaozhuang city,ensuring a successful transition.This paper takes Zaozhuang as the research object,Zaozhuang has determined overall construction program,issued a number of documents,setted up a special agency,carried out a series of intelligent construction and transformation in the government,people's livelihood,industry,urban management and other areas,since smart city construction started,and smart city construction results show.But,there are still some shortcomings in the information infrastructure,data driven capabilities,application support capabilities,faceing the risk of technology,capital,security and so on.By combing the domestic and foreign research results of smart city,comparing the practical experience of advanced cities at home and abroad,this paper identifies the key features and core elements of smart cities,analyzes several factors restricting the construction of Zaozhuang City,carries out the general idea and specific construction of the smart city and formulate the risk prevention measures,which is suitable for Zaozhuang.Based on the results of this study,construction problems of Zaozhuang smart city can be solved,the level of urban development can be enhanced.
