Human resource has become the crux constructing the competitive power of the corporation nowadays in development of economy and competition of corporation. The management of human resource is becoming more and more important. Being the fundamental work of management of human resource, job analysis has lots of functions as follow: providing the manners for evolution of corporation, providing the platform used for the establishment of the management system, leading to the construction of personnel consciousness and criterion and enhancing the level of management of the corporation.A lot of job of the project of job analysis in DM corporation was dealt with by the author as the key man involving organizing, programming, survey, table form designing, instructing of personnel and fulfilling the position manual. A program of job analysis was advanced which composed by 5 phases involving project setting, preparing, information collecting, processing and result amending and 16 steps. And it was used to the project of DM which proves and emends the program at the same time. Study of utility of the program was processed in judgment of salary and performance, personnel hiring and instructing and corresponding rules was advanced.Some of insufficient sections in the middle of the study were exist. For example application and feedback of job analysis need to be verified in long time. Then qualifications for different appointments were based on identifying empirically, not on testing with means, such as human power testing. At the same time the results of job analysis applied were not fullness.This thesis was a record on what had practiced and thought by author during the course of practicing job analysis. Job analysis were put into practice and methods, technologies, besides marking-out questions and the projects of application ,which could be adopted by small and medium-sized corporations, hadbeen generalized to meet the requirement of the corporations when they were applying it.
