From the 16th Party's Conference, The government provides a more loose- fitting investment environment provide from the policy to the growth of the private capital-owned company. In consideration of the company's strong motive to growing that was brought by clear capital-owned, the perplexity that because of the lack of experience, so, from the private capital-owned company's re-position on the strategy twist to studying the run of the private to baffle the solution's way and then seem to be the special importance.In the second part of the paper. the writer introduce the progress of strategy and choice of three strategies, and on how to re-position and establishing enterprise, and the writer introduces all the influence elements of re-position the enterprise and introduce the struggle of inside and the outside of enterprise, and need us pay attention to the dangerous of three strategies and on making the strategy should step by step. In the fourth fifth part of the paper, the writer spends the big part to study the private capital-owned company's re-position on the strategy twist.
