The private enterprise has difficulty in obtaining the fund from the regular channel, this forces them to have to go from underground financial market to financing, so this makes underground financial market have soil surviving, the underground financial market particularly prevails in regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces , the Northeast , Guangdong . The difficult current situation of financing of the private enterprise has all caused unfavorable influence on both the private enterprise and government. Secondly, the thesis has analyzed the reason difficult in financing of the private enterprise from four respects, difficult to finance indirectly and directly, impact on financing of the private enterprise of macro adjustments and controls, and main body of relevant markets in the course of financing of the private enterprise. Finally, the thesis proposed solving problem measure and way about difficulty in financing. First, in financing indirectly , advancing the reform of banking system , perfecting the system of financing indirectly of private enterprise; Second, in bond financing , creating conditions for private enterprise; Third, in stock financing, the listing financing of the private enterprise needs system innovation of the stock market; Fourth , improving the private quality of enterprise ,and strengthening the financing prestige degree; Fifth, the country should consider the impact on private enterprise of the policy properly while making the macro adjustment and control policy; Sixth , perfecting the legal construction , creating legal financing environment for private enterprise, and implementing the policy of central authorities to the private enterprise conscientiously.
