Study On The Management Of SC Cooperation

The theory of scm pay close attention not only to the resource and competitiveness inside enterprise, but also to the external resource and competitiveness of enterprise, it emphasizes to integrate the resource and competitiveness in the supply chain entirely and strengthen the key competitiveness. So it adapt to the trend of the society.But the traditional mode of the enterprise management and operation is greatly different from the mode of scm thoery. On the other hand, because of the universality of the detached island of information, the contradictions of the subject interests of the supply chain, the uncertainty of the link of the supply chain, characteristics of the complexity of the mutual link, the coordination of supply chain is difficult and important. These are the reasons that I chose the subject. And there are four parts in the content.The first part has introduced the basic theories in coordination of supply chain management. Point out the difference between macro coordination and micro coordination, at the same time, this article has analyzed the difference and relation between the coordination of SCM, SCM, and the coordination of SC. Meanwhile, base on the different subject of the management of SC, we divide the management into enterprise layer and government layer. According to the different decision range and time, we divide the management of enterprise layer into strategy layer, tactics layer and operation layer.In the second part, it analyzed the coordination management of SC of enterprise layer. The strategy layer of the supply chain is to organize suitable enterprises into a competitive supply chain by suitable way, set up the corresponding coordination mechanism, for instance information sharing, distribution of income, allocation of risks, etc, impel enterprises coordinate to operate .The goal of tactics layer is to make enterprise guide with coordination belief, and trust each other, cooperate each other, optimize the task, activity distribution among enterprises. How to adjust the conflict between the optimized customer service, the least cost in the operation, total stock minimized, the short total cycle time, and logistics quality optimized. Operate layer is to support strategy layer, tactics layer by using suitable tool, equipment or information system, etc. We introduced the workflow and AI technology, and combined them to support the coordination of SC. And the design of the coordination system was given.The third part discussed the coordination of government layer. We introduce the theory of synetics here. Through the research approach of synetics, we have investigated the way in coordination of supply chain, and found the main factor which signify the degree of coordination, such as space separate degree, time period degree , information resource-sharing degree and so on.We also discussed how these factors affect the coordination of the system. The change that bring by the parameter brings the external change of the systematic state. And how the factors affect each other. Based on our research, we give the method that the government can use to manage the coordination of SC.In the last part, we introduced the coordination appraisal system of SC, it includes indirect evaluation index that include time and cost, and direct index which express adaptive of SC, and evaluation method based on fuzzy algorithm FCE.
