Study On The Synergetic Decelopment Of Logistics Industry And Regional Economy In Heilongjiang Province

Affected by the fluctuation of international commodity prices and domestic supply-side structural reform and adjustment,the economy of Heilongjiang province has been running at a low level in recent years.As the economy enters the new normal,Heilongjiang seeks industrial restructuring and upgrading of traditional industries.Logistics industry links the industrial chain,for the optimization of industrial structure and regional economic development has a significant role in promoting.In order to maximize the industrial synergy effect,this study starts from the three industries that constitute the regional economy,and conducts an empirical analysis on the synergy status between logistics industry and regional economy in Heilongjiang province.Firstly,it explains the development characteristics of logistics and three industries,the composition of business subjects and the collaborative path of industry.Logistics industry can promote non-core business outsourcing of general industry,realize flexible production,eliminate regional restrictions on industrial layout,and create an industrial innovation environment.The three industries can promote the logistics industry to carry out technological innovation,improve service quality and achieve system coordination.Finally,it forms four different collaborative development paths of the two industries: business,innovation,system and location.The synergetic models between Heilongjiang logistics industry and the first,second and third industries were established respectively.Indexes that can fully reflect the logistics industry and the tertiary industry in Heilongjiang province are selected as the order parameters.Original data from 2007 to 2016 was used for calculation,and CRITIC method was used to calculate the index weight.Finally,the degree of order of the four industries and the degree of synergy of the logistics industry and the three industries were obtained.The results show that the order degree of logistics industry is rising rapidly,which means the logistics industry is developing rapidly.The synergy effect between logistics industry and three industries fluctuates between no synergy and primary synergy.The coordination between logistics and the primary industry fluctuates slowly,andthe degree of coordination has an upward trend in recent years,which indicates the gradual improvement of the coordination between logistics and the primary industry.While the synergy degree of logistics and the tertiary industry maintains high frequency positive and negative fluctuations,the overall value increases gradually.It proves that the synergy mechanism between logistics and the tertiary industry is gradually forming in chaos.In contrast,the degree of coordination between logistics industry and pillar industry shows a fluctuating and declining trend,reaching a ten-year low point in 2016 In order to expand industrial synergies under the background of rapid development of logistics industry,this study puts forward Suggestions for industrial development from two aspects of single industry development and construction of industrial synergies.
