Application Of ERP Cost Management In Printing Enterprises

As an important content of business management based on information, ERP is more and more important in business management. How to apply advanced management mode and methods based on ERP to printing enterprises, will be very important to our printing enterprises' management. This text mainly discusses the application in printing enterprises based on ERP.This paper is mainly devoted to take the advanced cost management method of ERP system in Nanking Amity Printing Co. Ltd. as an example, from the point of cost estimate, the author analyses a proposal of cost management which has the printing business enterprise characteristics in current occasion in our country.In the first place, author mainly elaborated the cost management concept and modes of the business enterprise nowadays, and the concept of ERP, principles and ideologies of management, in addition that characteristics and the irregularity of the management in printing businesses are also analyzed updated. In the second place, author mainly analyzed the principles of cost cross-check, and three important cost management modes within system of ERP, and analyzed the relation between the cost mold piece referred and other molds pieces, and then conducting an a deliberated research on the mode of ERP cost check through case-study of Nanking Amity Printing Co. Ltd. Firstly, the author analyzed the management orientations of this company, with author's in-body investigation to the company, secondly, author paid a particularization and an analysis to the ERP management software, and analyzed the allotment of cost and return to gather the method of the company. Finally, author researched into the cost check in the profession of printing with ERP in our country, according to the characteristics of production, the author chose a model of cost management system which is suitable for our enterprises, and analyzed the allotment of production fees and return to gather, putting forward with allotments and return to gather the method in keeping with our printing businesses, and checked the method to carry on the classification to the ERP cost, the characteristics of a method of analysis, and with the adaptability of the printing profession.
