The Research On Market Access Of Insurance Service Of Our Country Under WTO Mechanism

Along With the development of financial liberalization and financial globalization, the open of the insurance market is inevitable for the integral of the whole economy in the world. Along with the increasingly outstanding position and influence of the foreign capital insurance organizations, the admittance of foreign capital insurance organizations has already become the common focus for every country in the world which will open their financial field. As the insurance industry has a tremendous influence on the development of the society and the economy of one country, in order to keep and strengthen the competition position of the native insurance organizations and prevent the foreign capital from impacting and penetrating excessively on the native insurance, majority of countries have strengthened the supervision on market access. In order to make the safety and stabilization of native insurance, supervise on the market admittance of foreign insurance organizations can guard against or reduce the disadvantageous influences to which it will bring the host country after they go into the host country insurance market, meanwhile it can also protect the legal rights of the native policy holders and support the native financial systems. So all the countries and districts in the world lay emphasis on the construction of the supervision and other systems on market access of insurance.This thesis includes three parts, including introduction, text and conclusion. And the text part is divided into six parts. Seen from the angle of right and duty, market access means opportunity and promise; but seen from the angle of trade policy, market access means supervision. On the angle of double meanings of market access and by using the analytical method of value method, economics method, game theory and comparation method and other method, the thesis commence analysis from the foundation theories, analyzing economics explanation of the admittance of foreign insurance companies and its worth, principles and system arrangement, at last on the base of the commitment that our country had made on insurance we make some suggestion on how to perfect the system of the supervision on market access about insurance.
