Research On Technological Innovation Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises In Zhejiang

Pharmaceutical enterprises in ZheJiang have made a fast development in recent years, it's in ahead of the other enterprises of China in the field of technology and scale, But it still be placed in the low position in global medicine industry. Pharmaceutical enterprises face much more complicated environment and more vehement competition from domestic and international markets, in the trend of the knowledge-based economy and economic globalization, especially when China join the WTO. The innovative ability is very important to the development of the parmaceutical enterprises.Based on the related theory of the technological innovation,I multianalysis the two factors which effects the practice of Zhejiang pharmaceutical industry, summarize a series of characteristics and the new trend of technological innovation.It propose the model of innovation. imitates and accpet of the world . It also sums up developing trends of current technological innovation through diferent types of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises' case studies, and then points out the present condition of pharmaceutical enterprises in Zhejiang province in the field of technological innovation by means of comparative analysis between foreign and Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, which were based on the demonstration study results of pharmaceutical enterprises in Zhejiang province. In accordance with the comparative analysis between internal condition and exterior environment of pharmaceutical enterprises in ZheJiang, this paper propose the way to "combine innovation and imitaes, keeping the special features", which could be learn by the pharmaceutical enterprises in ZheJiang. In the meanwhile, it should make a coordination through the whole process of technology innovation .
