So, nowadays Chinese financial system is carrying out the prevalent reform, meanwhile the combination of private capital and financial capital shows the characteristic of ample content and various forms. This is a very significative and theoretic value work to indicate the actuality and reasons of private capital going into the financial fields, and discuss the potential risks to economical function.The study about private capital into financial fields is few in China.
