Study Of China's Private Enterprises, Capital Operation

The private enterprises in China, with the economic system reform, market system construction, are playing a more and more important role. At present, the private enterprises have already become the important micro entity in national economy, and have made suitable contributions to build the well-off society, realize the modernization in an all-round way together with state-owned economy. And the general understanding of them, the understanding of the wealth of the people from the private enterprises is changing enormously. But at the same time, we will still see that there is disadvantageous to development of the private enterprise, and also there are a lot to develop the unstandard place in the private enterprises, especially the " capital operation " question at present. A lot of private enterprises cannot control this kind of development strategy of capital operation of rational assurance, so that fall into the mistaken idea of development, or think the capital operation too high to reach, or run blindly, only emphasize the scale not the quality. And there are a lot of private enterprises that are limited to develop even go bankrupt because of excessive capital operation now. For the private enterprises, the capital operation has already become the question that is not ignored in their development; need to carry on rational, sober understanding to it from the viewpoint of strategy.And the focal point of this article is to analyze, ponder over the capital operation question of the private enterprises in China in terms of strategy, through carrying on strategy analyze to it, in order to find reasons of existing problems in them. Meanwhile this article analyzes and summary the patterns that private enterprises run with good results in order to improve the quality of the capital operation.This article firstly summarizes relevant theoretical researches of the capital operation to get right knowledge on it. Secondly this article analyze the current situation of private enterprises' capital operation, including the analysis of its course, current external circumstance and the present condition of private enterprises' capital operation, in order to appraisal their capital operation objectively. On these foundation, then to analyze the problems existing in the current capital operation of private enterprises, to find out the causes of these problems from two facets: the private enterprises themselves and the external circumstance, and to propose some suggestions to these causes finally.This article has put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by the analysis of current conditions, in order there is reference value to the capital operation upsurge of private enterprises that is carried on at present, hoping to improve competence of private enterprises for a long time in China, to lengthen private enterprises' life-span.
