Research On Chinese Rural Land Property Right

Agriculture is the fundamental department of our country's economy and the central issue of agriculture is land。 Land system is a decisive or even crucial factor which affects the development of the economy, and is also an important condition of agricultural development. It is true that a new land system has established after more than twenty year' reform, which is mainly in the form of the output-related system of family contracted responsibilities, and the land system had brought about vigor to agricultural production with the development of the social economy, however, the unfavorable aspect of the existing farm land system is coming up. The problems such as the unclearness of the property rights and the unsmooth circulation of the land, etc, begin to hinder the further development of the country economy and threat the social stability in the countryside. This thesis makes systematic retrospection of the change process of China' s farmland property rights system, investigates the contents and structural characteristics of farmland property rights system at different stages of this process, and the different social economic achievements resulting from different systems, giving the economic explanation of the evolutionary process of China' s farmland property rights system. After analyzing the defects of current household responsibility system in view of property rights and the unfavorableeconomic effects emerging in its actual operating process, the author discusses the necessity and possibil i ty of making innovations, and then puts forward the general idea of innovation on farmland shareholding cooperative system.
