The family business has developed quickly for 20 years in our country ,being one of the key driving forces of economy increasing and structure adjusting. During the early days, the management pattern of family business truly promoted enormously its growing. However, along with the expansion of enterprise's scale, some family businesses 'management pattern hindered their development, standardized and the specialized management was demanded highly. To break through the bottleneck, family business introducing professional manager is the objective request for family business's developing and expanding . More and more enterprises have realized the urgency of standardized and the specialized management .However ,there exist many difficulties and it seems that "falling in love at first sight", "harboring suspicious from each other" , "parting on bad terms" has become the trilogy which the family business and the professional manager must face .This postgraduate thesis brings forward reasons assumptions that family business introduces professional manager unsuccessfully based on consulting experts and field survey and discussing relative theories including Principal—Agent Theory and Managerial Theories .Besides, the thesis uses social statistical analysis software SPSS to make demonstration analysis of the investigation result and prove the assumptions. Through comparing the investigating result between family business's owner and professional manager and comparing the investigating result with the reasons assumptions, the thesis gets conclusions that the family business' auto-organized, auto-studied and auto-adapted immunity ability gets enhanced, besides the owner and professional manager need more communication. Finally , the thesis brings forward the family business' internal reform plan from business culture ,management system and the owner's own enhancement as well as some suggestions about developing professional manager's market and corresponding outside environment.The thesis is for the purpose of providing one thought and solution for theeffective fusion between family business and professional manager , result in better development of family business and consummating professional manager's market.
