Family business is very pervasive in the world, Chinese family business got aquick development after open and reform policy of the country, but compared the hotdevelopment of the business, the research of the Chinese family business is a littlehinder. At the present, the grow problem of the Chinese family business appear moreand more serious. Theory is always use for directing practice, how to change thesituation of the business, and how to successfully get professional manager who is atthe outside of the business and can help family business grow bigger, join into thebusiness running? This is the big question for theory. This paper is based on theresearch of literature, choose the family business in the Zhejiang province of china asthe research object, try to find out the influence factors of the process of managerget-in for the family business, construct the influence system of the manager get-in forthe family business, and try to study the relationship between the manager get-inprocess and the influence factor, and bring a psychology contract framework forfamily business and manager who have already come into the family business, bydoing this to make manager could really be a member of the family business.In order to successfully accomplish the target that I mentioned in the first paragraph, this paper used the way of theory study and empirical research, collected a great deal of data. bring out 12 factors by cover result, and Factor analysis of questionnaires from 71 family businesses, gets 11 factors composed the competence system in statistics. Then a multi-liner regression model is constructed between manager get in possibility for family business and the influence factor. The result shows that different factor have different influence to the manager get-in possibility, we can classify the 12 factors to 3 kinds, the major factor, the second major factor and the usual factor. The paper also constructed the psychology contract framework for family business and manager which provide a basement for accepting each other.The main innovations of the thesis concentrate on 2 aspects: first of all, this paper divided the process into two parts: the process manager in the outside of the business and the process manager in the family business, and by this way can do a round and systematic research, and constructed the psychology contract framework for family business and manager through data; Second, by using empirical analysis approach, influence factor is divided into three levels.
